Working in Real Estate, our President, Michael Bains, noticed a variety of ‘mold inspection’ companies springing up. Most were under-qualified; some were disreputable. Seeing this alarming trend, Michael founded Mold Inspection Sciences in Los Angeles to work hand in hand with homeowners, real estate agents, and prospective home buyers. We have hundreds of satisfied clients, many have written testimonials about our services.
